Prisum Healthcare Appoints New HR Manager July 2025

The recruitment process can sometimes be a long and arduous process when you are looking for people who fit the organisation you are part of.

In our search for finding the most suitable HR person, we took our time, without rushing, with the confidence that we would find the most suitable person for the position of HR Manager at Prisum Healthcare. We wanted to find a new HR Manager with multiple qualities, which we defined as follows:

• A radiant person, with whom it is a pleasure to have a conversation

• A responsible person, who brings projects to completion within the agreed deadline
• An independent person, autonomous, who has extensive and varied HR experience

We searched until we found. And we found Mădălina.

We are pleased to welcome Madalina Drăghici, our new HR Manager, who joins the Prisum Healthcare team starting today, 1 July 2025.

Mădălina is a professional with extensive experience in the field of human resources, having built a solid career in the pharmaceutical industry. With over 17 years of experience in human resources management, of which 11 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Mădălina has coordinated various projects related to recruitment, organisational development, and management of employee relations, bringing value and expertise to the teams she has worked in.

We are very excited that Mădălina will be part of the Prisum Healthcare team, and we are confident that her expertise and dedication will contribute significantly to our success.
