Ultra Vitamin C+D Fizz Effervescent Tablets contains vitamin C and vitamin D carefully balanced with Zinc for maximum efficacy to support the immune system.

Vitamin D is a fat soluble vitamin synthesized by the body on exposure to sunlight. It controls over 3,000 genes, most of the cells in the body have nuclear receptors for vitamin D (VDR).

Also, vitamin D plays an essential role in the proper functioning of the central and peripheral nervous system and the immune system.

Vitamin C also contributes to normal nervous system function, normal collagen formation and increases non-haem iron absorption. Iron is the mineral essential for healthy blood formation.

Zinc is a cofactor of many enzymes and plays an important role in supporting immunity: it maintains the integrity of the skin and mucous membranes, stimulates the production of antibodies and increases the number and activity of T lymphocytes.
